Online services

Open all day every day, including Bank Holidays.

If a clinical online consultation is submitted during a Bank Holiday closure the online consultation will be responded to on the next working day.

Closures

Protected Learning Time – The practice will close from 14.30pm – 18.30pm on the following dates:

The Practice is closed on Bank Holidays, including Christmas Day and Boxing Day, or the substitute Bank Holiday when these fall on a weekend. Dates for 2026 closures are:

Monday 28th December 2026 (Boxing Day substitute)

During Bank Holiday closures, our online system remains open. You can still submit a SystmConnect request for non-urgent medical queries or administrative requests, and these will be reviewed on the next working day.
